Neville Toelle was a member of the Club for many years and served on the Committee at the time of his death during the 1989-90 season. Neville's daughter, Marnee, won the Sub-Junior pointscore for that season.
As a fitting way to commemorate Neville's contribution to the Club, a perpetual trophy was commissioned for the Ladies Sub-Junior Pointscore and dedicated in Neville's memory.
